The first scene in episode 4 shows perfectly the bond the writers build between FG & Kerim which grows from the trauma they faced (the rape & his mother’s suicide) into healing and eventually into love later on. The music adds power to almost every scene, those people are so genius! I fell in love with almost every track and have them constantly playing around me.

OK back to FG& Kerim: there you have two naive village people. Very good at heart. Have so much family drama & both good looking LOL! The first time Kerim called FG with her name, it felt like something inside him just snapped! There is the man that we admire and not the Yasharan toy that we hate. However, I couldn’t understand how she didn’t scream right away when she saw him, the pause between when she looked at him and wanted to continue with the suicide, it wasn’t right for me. She should have screamed from the top of her lungs before he reached for her!

The way she cries & screams is so convincing, however her tears are so tiny you can’t see them, all you see are facial expressions. The way she ran away from Kerim and into her brother at the beach, the way she leaned pulling her brother hands, as much as it hurts watching it but it’s one of my fav scenes, it translates her emotions very well. I love how her voice shakes sometime that some words gets choked in her throat, if I understood Turkish it would've been better, but it still works for me this words choking thing!

The guilt growing on Kerim face is perfect as well. Kerim hugging his knees, the lost looks here and there, the naive guy that has mountains of patience to stand against humiliation and spitting, I believe if he wasn't the way he was he would've at least slap her or shouted at her like in the FG movie in 1986. He has really good features, I keep following his eyes always, I don’t like it sometimes when his eyebrows go upwards while crying, I like it more when he cries like in episode 27, with crossed eyebrows, he expresses a mixture of pain, guilt & confusion in a very real way. The guy may cry a lot and maybe more than FG later, but I think it’s the writers way to show us his way to redemption so we find our way to forgive him and see how FG blossoms into a stronger woman and he grows to a better man and we maybe see what the power of hate and forgiveness can do to one’s energy and life.

I did picture this if FG & Musti marry too: FG having her first baby, FG being emotionally abused by Musti, Meriam helping FG delivering her baby from Musti, Kerim in the picture, another Ask i memnu but with a cause this time, the husband is not stable!

Did anyone notice that Kerim was arrested at the same place twice?!! I remembered the small wall but couldn’t spot the hotel clearly until Ghalib Asta turned the car and I got a small glance at the blue windowpanes and I was like: HA HA caught you! Kerim at the police station, OUCH! The guilt, the surprise, the weak lies, the surrender, makes me feel sick and sorry for him at the same time. He is so naive for his age. FG silence and stupid police officer are also irritating! If FG was played by another actress than Beren, the role won't work not because she is great in her acting, but because she brings strength into the character, it would be a weak show if FG was weak girl that fears Kerim or accepts whatever Kerim say.. she brings the strong woman image into FG. In real life situations maybe a girl like FG will marry her rapist and live dried out as a woman. FG is a fighter character because Beren plays her.

Yes I will marry her! why they went through it? It’s a mixture of feelings I believe: guilt, fear, empathy, naivety, shame, poorness, maybe some feelings that didn't develop to complete love. It can’t be related to one thing but it shows how both FG and Kerim are powerless. This is another thing that attracted me to this series, they don’t play flawless heros.

Rahmi, the scene when he throws stuff at people, hurts badly! I believe Rahmi is somehow retarded or properly one of those who are slow paced or something, he is not normal as others. The way FG talks in another world and the way he asks her innocent questions at the wrong timing thinking it's a way to protect her from the pain of remembering. If she had a normal brother with an attitude, maybe things around her will get worse, as in such situations some brothers harm their sisters.. it could happen anywhere if people value a girl virginity more than the girl herself. So Rahmi is the perfect brother to FG after all even if he didn’t protect her as he should, he is protecting her in his own innocent way: I know my sister is pure, my sister is pure :( He broke my heart when the guy asked him to move the car and he yelled calling Mukko because he doesn't drive.

The way they shot the before wedding scene, how that bride walked away, like how her dreams failed her and walked away. Kerim refusal to take the money, I admired that in him. His eyes were amazing when she felt sick and ran to the toilet! Like a hit on the face but in a very innocent way. The way he said he will proceed with the wedding even without the money. Their faces on the wedding paper, this won’t be forgotten. They should re-marry again somehow!

The hotel scene in episode 5 was shot in a very amazing way. She is sitting on the chair near the window as if she needs an escape from the room, he sits with his back to her because he can’t bare to look at her, and the money is between the two! Didn’t buy the whole I woke up when you wanted to kill me scene, but that will cause us not to have our Kerim. At least a scar on the hand, something they remember when they are all cuddly in ep. 2000 ! :P !
